Dietary information:

• Our main menu is gluten free, sugar free and grain free.

• Dairy free, gluten and grain options are available.

• We use chickens that are antibiotic free, humanely treated, organic or organic fed and pastured.

• Our beef is antibiotic free, humanely treated, grass fed and grass finished.

• Most of our fish are wild and freshly caught.

• We only use vegetables that are organic and fresh.

• And all local! This is real food!

Delivery information:

• Deliveries are made on Tuesdays between 9am-12pm and 6pm-9pm.

• Please place your order by Thursday.

• Any orders placed later than Thursday will be delivered the following week.

• There is a flat fee of $10 for local delivery.
