Easy Cajun Sausage (Keto Friendly)
2 lb Mild Italian Sausage.
1/2 cup of Half and Half
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
2 Teaspoons of Cajun Seasoning
1/2 cup of Mozzarella
Salt to taste.
Slice the sausage, like in the picture.
Saute on medium high till golden brown.
Add the cream, stock and seasoning. Simmer till reduced.
Add mozzarella, mix well.
Serve and enjoy with a nice side of vegetables.
