Yum Curry Chicken Salad (Keto & Paleo Friendly)

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
1 cup of almond slivers
1 chopped green apple
1 tablespoon Vindaloo curry powder
(or normal curry powder)
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups mayonnaise
Instructions:
Mix all together. Enjoy. :)
Notes: You could vary the nuts: almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, etc. And if you like you can even add some raisins. If you are on Keto just watch the amount of apple and raisins.
