Basic Ground Beef (Keto & Paleo Friendly)
2 lb beef
2 chopped onions
3 tablespoons or red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Brown the onions on a hot pan with oil of choice.
Add ground beef and mix well.
When cooked add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till the liquids thickens.
Serve with your favorite vegetables.
