Note: You can use this sauce on meat balls, chicken, stake, fish, etc. Its the perfect sauce to make plain meals into a worth it meal.
8 oz diced portobello mushrooms
1 lb of soften cream cheese
1\4 cup of white wine

Chop the mushrooms and cook in a saucepan.
One cooked and juicy, add in softened cream cheese. Mix well till totally melted and no lumps left.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
Bring to a boil while mixing. All done. Enjoy!
