Mel’s Stir-fry (Keto & Paleo Friendly)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Fresh chopped garlic or dry, to taste.
2 teaspoons of dry basil
2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of paprika
Black pepper and salt, to taste.
You may slice some onions and bell peppers and add it in if you like or cook vegetables of choice separately.
Through everything in a bowl, mix well and let sit for about 30 minutes or overnight. This will add to the flavor of the meat.
Preheat a nonstick pan on medium high. Make sure it’s hot before putting the meat on it.
A little at the time cook the meat on it. (Do not pack the pan, if you do, it will take long to cook, and you might end up burning the sauce and have raw chicken.)
Stir the meat as needed, once you see the sauce thicken and darken you know you are done cooking and you can plate it. Enjoy!
